(From about a month ago.)
Thea is growing so fast! Every day she can say more and more words, and she understands even more than that. Heather is sure she's a genius. (Todd and I both think so, too.)
Her favorite book right now is "Are You My Mother?" by P.D. Eastman. We have to read it to her three or more times a day. Her favorite food is still pizza. But she also eats broccoli, macaroni and cheese, beans and rice, green beans, corn, and much more. When we go out to a restaurant, she always tries new things.
Thea often says "hi" when we come in to the room and "bye-bye" when we leave, and sometimes she blows kisses to us. She can say "Dada," "Mama," "Heather," and "Amy," as well as "ball," "Boohbah" (her favorite television show), "up," and "down."
She loves to play with toys. Sometimes it's hugging Green Bear or Purple Monkey, and sometimes it's playing with the playhouse from Grandma or riding the rocking horse. Aunt Heather and Aunt Amy bring her toys whenever they come to visit, so we have plenty to choose from.
Lately Thea has been getting her back teeth in and it is causing her a lot of pain. We'll all be glad when the teeth are finally in!
