I figured out how to do it. But, i didn't see where you could get glasses or different types of shoes.. As well, how were you able to get the entire family in the jpg? You should see Kade's avatar.. He really looks like him... minus the glasses..

BS wants to know how you got the pic. he created avatars -- but did you do a screen shot and have fun with photoshop to get the whole picture?
I'm a total dork; I added the glasses myself, because Todd without glasses is not Todd.
You can print the avatars on the Simpsons site, so I printed them to PDFs. Then I just opened them with Photoshop, resized them slightly, added glasses for Todd, deleted the background, and put them on one file. Et voila!
If you send me yours (which I'd LOVE to see), I'll put it together for you!
Here's mine:
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, of course, but I also wanted to tell you that those avatars rock and look just like you!! Todd might be a little less bored-looking in person, but those nuances are hard to achieve in cartoon form.
